LIABILITY WAIVER / PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT:

IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY OF OUR PROGRAMS AND USE OF THIS SITE, YOU AGREE TO THE BELOW:

I TAKE FULL AND EXCLUSIVE RESPONSIBILITY FOR MY CHOICES AND ACTIONS FROM ANYTHING THAT I MIGHT DEDUCE OR INTERPRET FROM LIFE BEYOND THINKING CONTENT, DISCUSSIONS, FORUMS, WORKSHOPS OR OTHER MATERIALS OR COMMUNITY.

I UNDERSTAND THAT LIFE BEYOND THINKING CAN BE A COMPREHENSIVE PROCESS THAT MAY INVOLVE ALL AREAS OF MY LIFE, INCLUDING WORK, FINANCES, HEALTH, RELATIONSHIPS, EDUCATION AND RECREATION. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT DECIDING HOW TO HANDLE THESE ISSUES, INCORPORATING COACHING INTO THOSE AREAS, AND IMPLEMENTING MY CHOICES IS EXCLUSIVELY MY RESPONSIBILITY.

I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT I AM FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR MY PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL WELL BEING DURING COURSES, WORKSHOPS, WEBINARS, CALLS, INCLUDING MY CHOICES AND DECISIONS INCLUDING ANY INJURIES RESULTING FROM DIET OR EXERCISE MENTIONED AS SUGGESTIONS.

I AM AWARE THAT I CAN CHOOSE TO DISCONTINUE USE OF OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY LIFE BEYOND THINKING COURSE, WORKSHOP OR MATERIAL AT ANY TIME.

I UNDERSTAND THAT IF WE ENGAGE IN ANY COMMUNICATION OVER THE INTERNET, I CONSENT TO HAVING SENSITIVE INFORMATION TRANSMITTED VIA E-MAIL, AND ACKNOWLEDGE THE RISKS INVOLVED, AND WAIVE ANY RIGHTS AGAINST OWNER FOR DAMAGES ARISING FROM ANY MISTAKES OR ERRORS MADE IN CONNECTION WITH ANY SUCH TRANSMISSION.

LIFE BEYOND THINKING PERIODICALLY FILMS, PHOTOGRAPHS AND RECORDS PARTICULAR EVENTS, CONVERSATIONS, TELE- CONFERENCES AND TESTIMONIALS FOR USE IN LEARNING MATERIALS, PRODUCTS, NEW RELEASES AND OTHER COMMUNICATIONS. (AS PER IMAGE AND AUDIO RELEASE CLAUSE LATER IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS).

I UNDERSTAND THAT LIFE BEYOND THINKING METHODOLOGY, INCLUDING PRINCIPLES, CONCEPTS, METHODOLOGY, TECHNIQUES AND TRAINING, AS WELL AS ASSIGNMENTS, EMAIL, ATTACHMENTS, AND DOCUMENTS, ARE PROPRIETARY AND I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THEY MAY NOT BE USED FOR ANY PURPOSES, OTHER THAN THIS RELATIONSHIP, WITHOUT WRITTEN CONSENT FROM AN OFFICER OF LIFE BEYOND THINKING. THE PRINCIPLES LEARNED IN COACHING MAY BE USED DIRECTLY IN MY LIFE, BUT I MAY NOT SPEAK, PUBLISH, OR DISTRIBUTE PUBLICLY OUTSIDE WITHOUT WRITTEN CONSENT OF AN OFFICER OF LIFE BEYOND THINKING. I UNDERSTAND THAT BEING COACHED IN LIFE BEYOND THINKING IN NO WAY QUALIFIES ME TO TEACH OR COACH LIFE BEYOND THINKING WITH CLIENTS, COLLEAGUES, FAMILY, FRIENDS OR STUDENTS. I UNDERSTAND THAT INFORMATION WILL BE HELD AS CONFIDENTIAL, PROVIDED HOWEVER THAT SUCH INFORMATION MAY BE SHARED WITH LIFE BEYOND THINKING AND ITS COMMUNITY WHEN I EXPRESSLY DO SO, FOR TRAINING AND/OR CONSULTATION PURPOSES, OR AS NEEDED, AT THE DISCRETION OF LIFE BEYOND THINKING, TO FULFILL OUR OBLIGATIONS, OR AS REQUIRED BY LAW.

I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS SITE AND LIFE BEYOND THINKING PROCESS DOES NOT INVOLVE THE DIAGNOSIS OR TREATMENT OF PHYSICAL DISORDERS OR MENTAL DISORDERS AS DEFINED BY THE AMERICAN PSYCHIATRIC ASSOCIATION OR OTHER INTERNATIONAL MEDICAL ORGANIZATIONS. OUR REFUND POLICY:

We stand by our services. If you are not happy with your experience in any of our content, seminars, courses or programs for any reason, please contact us for a discussion and evaluation of the dissatisfaction prior to a partial or full refund.

MINIMUM ENROLLMENT / REQUIREMENT POLICY:

Some of our courses, seminars, talks and events have a required minimum enrollment. We reserve the right to cancel courses that do not meet the minimum enrollment requirement within 24 hours of the start date and time of the course. If we cancel your course, you will be contacted and given the choice to either transfer to another upcoming course or to receive a full refund.

48-HOUR CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY:

We have a 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. Should you cancel attendance within 48 hours of a course or event, we reserve the right, but not the obligation, to offer a partial refund of 50% of the full course or event amount. From time to time, there are exceptions to this policy which include natural Acts of God and occasional unforeseen personal emergencies.

GIFTS:

If your course, seminar, workshop or materials were a gift (paid by someone else) you are still bound by all the terms and conditions of this site. Should you wish to engage in new courses and materials beyond that of the gift, you will need to pay via your own means.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content displayed, posted or submitted on this website derives from certain facets of Life Beyond Thinking’s intellectual property whether copyright, trademark, patent or otherwise.

IF YOU ARE A COACH, THERAPIST, RUN OR CREATE HEALTH & WELLNESS PROGRAMS, SELF-HELP GROUPS OR ARE TRAINING TO BECOME ANY OF THE PREVIOUS:

IMAGE AND AUDIO RELEASE:

LIFE BEYOND THINKING reserves the right to film, photograph and record any of our coaching, training, seminars or workshop events (in person, or via webinar or tele-conference) for use in training materials, products, new releases and other communications. I understand that by using the site, I am entering into an agreement, providing my consent and authorizing LIFE BEYOND THINKING the right to record my voice during LIFE BEYOND THINKING courses, video conferences and events and certain or any other pre-disclosed programs.
